Forty-five minutes on hold. Then the call dropped.
Our founder waited forty-five minutes on hold, and then the line went dead. There had to be a better way. Neverdial is our answer: your AI will make the call for you, starting in the Neverhold app.
The trust layer for AI calling.
Starting in the Neverhold app, your AI will call the people and places in your TAP contacts and cards for you, and the person who answers will be able to check who asked for the call. You'll get the outcome, not the hold.
You'll use Neverdial in the Neverhold app, calling the people and businesses in your TAP contacts and cards.
You'll give the task. Your AI will make the call.
You'll use the AI you already have. Training it will be optional. Neverdial won't replace it.
"Book a table for 2 at Rosa's Trattoria." "Ask Sam R. if 10 am still works for the pickup." One task, one call.
Your AI will call the person or place in your TAP contacts by phone, then tell you how it went: confirmed, declined, or needs you.

Your AI will call a number in your contacts through the Neverdial network. The call is built to start by saying it's your AI assistant, how to stop AI calls to that number, and how to reach you. Your AI will give the code. Caller ID will be your verified number when that's available.
Coming later: AI to AI with businesses on the exchange.
It's built so the person who answers sets the pace: they can talk with the AI, or tell it a real person needs to follow up.

The person who answers will hear that it's your AI assistant, how to stop AI calls from you, and how to reach you. They'll be able to check the code at isthisapproved.com.
1Example of the planned opening: what the person answering will hear first
"Hi, this is Alex M.'s AI assistant calling about booking a table for 2. Say stop or press 9 at any time, and Alex M.'s AI assistant won't call this number again. This request has a code, 4-8-2-7. A check page for it, isthisapproved.com, isn't in service yet. To reach Alex M., call (555) 010-0142."
Example of the planned wording.
The callback number on the call is meant to reach Alex M., but you never have to rely on it. If you're unsure, call back on a number you already have or can look up yourself.
2They enter the code
3What they see
Alex M. asked for this call
Alex M. asked an AI assistant to make this call on their behalf.
"Approved" means the named user authorized this request: the person named on the call asked for it. It isn't an endorsement by any government agency, phone carrier or business.
This sample runs on this page. It doesn't check a real call.
At the start of every phone call, the person answering will hear that an AI assistant is calling for you, how to stop AI calls to that number, and how to reach you.
Your AI will give them a 4-digit code. They'll be able to check it at isthisapproved.com and see who asked for the call.
You'll get a clear result: confirmed, declined, or needs you. The person or business who answers decides what's needed.
"Approved" means the named user authorized this request: the person named on the call asked for it. It isn't an endorsement by any government agency, phone carrier or business.
Yes. Every call is built to say so. Your AI will say it's an AI assistant calling for you and give a 4-digit code they'll be able to check at isthisapproved.com.
It's an AI calling for one person, about one thing. You'll start every call yourself, for your own reason, and your AI will talk in real time inside limits you set. Only the opening will be scripted: it's built to say it's an AI, who it's calling for, and how to reach you. It's built so anyone can say stop or press 9 to end AI calls to their number. Cold calls aren't allowed on Neverdial. It's built so offers only go to people who said yes to that business, and they can stop anytime.
No. Neverdial is outbound only: your AI will make calls through it. Neverdial doesn't answer, screen or block your calls for you.
No. You'll bring the AI you already use. You'll be able to train it if you want, but you won't have to.
On isthisapproved.com, "approved" means the named user authorized this request: the person named on the call asked for it. It isn't an endorsement by any government agency, phone carrier or business.
Not yet. Neverdial is coming soon, starting in the Neverhold app. Business accounts and the API are coming later.
