One API to make the call.
Later, your agent will choose whom to call and send the number. With businesses on the exchange, it will go AI to AI for the tasks they've listed, and you'll get a structured outcome. Neverdial is built to turn down cold calls.
What a task looks like
Illustrative. The API isn't public yet and will change.
{
"task": "Ask if order 1042 has shipped",
"destination": {
"name": "Example Store support",
"phone": "+15550100199"
},
"on_behalf_of": "Alex M."
} {
"route": "exchange",
"outcome": "confirmed",
"note": "Shipped today."
} The flow
- 01
Send the task. Your agent will send the task, who it's for, and the number to call.
- 02
Make the call. With a business on the exchange, AI to AI, for a task it has listed.
- 03
Get a structured outcome. Confirmed, declined, or needs a real person.
Three outcomes
- confirmedThe other side did what was asked. A note will say what was agreed.
- declinedThe other side said no. A note will give the reason if they gave one.
- needs a real personThe other side needs something only a person can do. A note will say what.
Verification will be built in
You won't need to write disclosure scripts or code logic.
- The disclosure is built to be added to every call.
- Phone calls are built to include a 4-digit code.
- Every phone call is built to let the person answering say stop or press 9 to end AI calls from that user. Some calls will start with a short greeting first.
- The person answering will be able to check it at isthisapproved.com.
Bring the agent you already built
Neverdial isn't an agent builder. Your agent will keep its own model, prompts and logic. Neverdial will connect the call.

How much will it cost?
Pricing isn't set yet.
Which frameworks will it work with?
We're designing it to work with the agent you already have. We'll name specific frameworks only once we've tested them.
Does it answer inbound calls?
