Calls made through Neverdial will say an AI assistant is calling for a named person, and will give a 4-digit code. Once isthisapproved.com is in service, you'll be able to check that request there.
You never have to continue a call. If something feels off, you can hang up.
What a call is built to say
Every phone call will start by saying whose AI assistant is calling, how to stop AI calls, and how to reach that person, like the example below.
Example of the planned opening
"Hi, this is Alex M.'s AI assistant calling about booking a table for 2. Say stop or press 9 at any time, and Alex M.'s AI assistant won't call this number again. This request has a code, 4-8-2-7. A check page for it, isthisapproved.com, isn't in service yet. To reach Alex M., call (555) 010-0142."
It's an AI.It's built to say "AI assistant" at the start.
Who it's calling for, and why.The person who asked for the call, and a short purpose.
The code.Four digits. The AI assistant will give it during the call. You'll be able to check it.
A callback number. It's meant to reach the person the call is for. You never have to rely on it, and the code doesn't replace it.
A recording notice.Whenever the call is recorded or transcribed. It's built to play before the AI starts talking, and nothing is recorded before it.
Stopping AI calls. On every phone call, it's built so you can say stop or press 9, and that person's AI assistant won't call this number again.

03
If it doesn't match, you'll be told. You'll be able to try again or hang up.
What "approved" means
"Approved" means the named user authorized this request: the person named on the call asked for it.
It will confirm that the person named on the call asked for this call. It is not approval by any government agency, regulator, phone carrier, or the business being called.
Only at isthisapproved.com
The check will only be at isthisapproved.com. If someone sends you a link to a different site, don't enter the code there.
Not sure? Hang up and call the person back on a number you already have for them or can look up yourself. The callback number on the call is meant to reach the person the call is for, but you never have to rely on it. If you can, use a different phone.
